Had a appointment with a great doctor there at 7:45am I was super excited about the consultation. Due to traffic I arrived 8:52am and they had a 5 minute grace period so because of 2 minutes difference they lied and told me the doctor took a "Virtual Appointment on the Computer". Then I asked if there was time to turn on the computer and they changed it and said that the policy is to reschedule. I wonder if is also policy to wear the mask the way they do it "only when someone walks in and not covering the nose". Needless to say I asked for my files that I brought it in and she said that the file person is not there and would take 48hrs for the files that I brought in to be returned. Again doctor is great but I'm not coming back due to the office staff being unprofessional, liar and inflexible
