The doctor is fantastic. The workers there the nurses there people that work there everyone was very nice and kind and helpful and I took one of each antibiotics and a spoonful of probiotic yogurt and I am going to lay down. I’m just gonna drink a lot of water and I have to go buy some chicken broth and vegetable broth when I feel better thank you so much. I really appreciate all your help.

Usually I don’t write a review BUT  I have never been to such an amazing walk in before! From the staff to the doctor they were just absolutely incredible!

The staff was super sweet, took care of me, answered all my questions, and kept me calm. The office was extremely clean and it was really easy to schedule an appointment first thing for the next day!

I was told to see a doctor about my swollen ankles. I made an appointment for 1:00 p.m.i arrived at about 12:50 and expected to wait a while so I brought a book to read. The young lady at the desk could not have been nicer. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. Josh, the P.A. In charge called me right in. I was shocked. I expected to wait. After looking at me and seeing my problem, she called someone in to take a chest X-ray. Again, the young lady who performed that was professional and kind. Everyone working there was just perfect. Before I left, I was given an entire listing of everything they checked and what they suggested I do. I highly recommend this urgent care when you are not feeling right and can’t find your doctor.

I had been coughing for about a week. The doctor at Hartford Healthcare Walk-in spent approx 60 seconds with me, listened to my lungs and told me I seemed fine. Probably a cold. Followed up with my own doctor. I had pneumonia.

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

Place is very clean and making an appointment on line is very easy and the wait time is minimal. Staff is very friendly I highly recommend going here.

Everyone was efficient polite and professional. I found them in an internet search for urgent care in my town. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with an urgent care not needing an ambulance or hospital.
