Made it inside and was told to wait outside for almost an hour.

Woke up this morning in pain I had my appointment 8:30 but was a lil late due to traffic when I got there I checked in and seen more patients coming in before me ,me and my mom waited nearly 1hr 30 min,and they had everyone go in before us the receptionist just kept staring at us and we never got attended and we decided to tell the receptionist that we’re leaving , never waited this long at a urgent care I don’t think I will come back here again .

This was my first time at the office, and I was in an out in less than an hour. The Doctor was friendly and very professional. Overall the staff was awesome.

I love how easy it is to schedule the apt online and then check in through the app. The wait was efficient and the service is always pleasant!

The waiting was horrible I made an apportionment at 12:30 and didn’t get help til almost 2 pm

My son needed a sports physical. We’re not from the area so we googled sports physical and a couple of places came up in the search engine. I chose this place because I was able to make an online appointment the night beforehand and their website also told me how much it would cost. Upon arrival the staff was friendly. The doctor was also friendly and had great bedside care. We were there for less than an hour. Very pleased with the my appointment.

Made an appointment didn’t even matter , still had to wait 3+ hrs to get seen . The doctor was terrible in & out for 5 seconds . The office was dirty . Waiting room was filled didn’t offer patients that were standing chairs . Only one decent MA was the one that took my vitals she was professional and had awesome bed side manner . Very unprofessional . Learned my lesson no matter how sick I feel I’d rather drive 15 mins further to a better urgent care than to do this one . Do better .

Staff was great, everyone was nice. I scheduled a appointment 10 min before going and they checked me in so fast helped my son and gave him what he needed, thank you!
