Staff was friendly but it almost felt like scheduling a appointment was not worth it my app was at 5:10pm didn’t get seen for over a hour

Made an appointment the day prior. Showed up early and signed in. Almost an hour after my appointment time was told the dr wasn’t in so couldn’t do 1 part of what I needed and was told that if I wanted my TB test I would have to wait for everyone else to be seen, even though I had an appointment. Not sure what the point of making appointments here is.

I scheduled the first appointment of the day. A verbal announcement was made upon arrival, that the Doctor would only be conducting appointments via telephone. I proceeded to ask the med clerk about paperwork I had, and I needed the doctor to sign. The clerk took my paperwork and advised me that for my specific appointment service, I would have to pay out of pocket $65.00. I paid the amount and  15 minutes later another med assistant advised me that the doctor is only doing telephone appointments. As I mentioned earlier, I was aware of the telephone visits for that day, however, when I spoke to the front desk med clerk, she asked me for my paperwork that the doctor needed to sign. She then proceeded to advise that I would have to pay a $65.00 fee. From that moment, I was under the impression that my requested medical service would without a doubt, be executed. Obviously, that was not the case. I asked the clerk how to move forward in getting a refund, because the staff were negligent in delivering the accurate information and still charged me. In conclusion, they refunded my $65.00 without incident. (Thank you). The staff were nice people, however, I feel that the communication between staff and client(s) need to stronger, more transparent to avoid leaving customers upset under sensitive health matters. I read reviews after my negative experience and noticed that similar negative experiences took place. I hope that these issues between staff and client will soon be resolved.

It was a bad experience with the staff except the doctor

Had an appointment but still took 2 hrs to be seen.

I made my appointment to be si En at 12:10 and 12:20 pm  and I was put in to get the vitals until 2:15 they were very rude and didn’t care that I had to wait .told them why they make appointments right when Dr goes to lunch and they said they can’t do anything . Told them that they had to let people know that doctor goes to lunch and they said well sorry .

Never went to appt. Wait time was long on this Particular day

I did schedule my appointment online and before my appointment with 20 they send a massage that the doctor stop to take any more appointments  To be honest this not a nice and good place to go and

Was scheduled and was told doctor was at capacity, then had me fill in a teledoc form and that I was to be called back. Got a text that I was going to be checked in…. And got another text that my visit was done and how was the visit… I did not get a call back

The wait time is so horrible. I made an appointment for 9:00am did not leave until 11. Doctor did not get in the office until 10:00am. I don’t understand if they open at eight people make appointments but yet the doctor doesn’t get there until Hella late It’s the worst you wait for so long just for the doctor to go in there for less than five minutes. Staff is always nice. The office could be more clean
