The worst place! The waiting time is so bad! I had to wait for 4 hours for a doctor. I was before a lot of people, but I was the last one to get checked on.

Worst clinic anyone could go to. I do not recommend at all. Wait times are long to begin with. I went thinking my insurance covered my visit. When I made my appointment they said it did. Well it didn't cover after all, I got stuck paying a high bill out of pocket without them having to let me know before I got any treatment. I couldn't pay because they didn't notify me before and I didn't have money at all to begin with it. They were literally holding me against my will and wouldn't let me leave until I paid something. I gave my $18 I had for gas. Worst experience ever.

Phone calls not answered or returned in an acceptable time, if at all. Difficult to get information. I love my doctor, Dr. Richmond. But I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Never answers the telephone. NEVER!

This place is by far the most unprofessional clinic I have ever experienced. The doctor first gave me a sonogram along with her litteral guess of what he sex of my child may be. She then started to explain to me about how she felt it necessary to apply a medicine I knew only the poor explanation of its purpose and nothing more. To top the trip off she took 15 viles of blood for "testing" not once in my 4 pregnancy check ups have I ever had so much blood taken with no exact description on what each tube would be tested for. When leaving the clinic the doctor left me confused on the whole visit,not even giving me a follow up plan in fact didnt even conclude the meeting by letting me know it was over so I let myself out after waiting for her return to no avail. When calling the office after realizing I had never given an address to have the test results and possible prescription sent to. I was then disrespected and lied to by both the Doctor and her assistant. I questioned the doctor about the medication that was used on me because it had begun to irritate the sensitive area. When Expressing my concern she proceeded to tell me that she had never applied anything but petroleum jelly and "that may be what is irritating me",again this is my 4th baby and never before had a situation like this occur. On a last try to gain a single point to this entire disaster I mentioned the fact I would be needing my test results mailed and she told me it was already being sent out....I never once supplied them with my mailing address so that was when I completely was convinced of the horrible overall quality of this business and its employees to not go through with a visit to this so called "clinic"
