I scheduled a 4 o’clock appointment for my son and arrived on time and was greeted by a male nurse, but ended up waiting for 30 minutes while the receptionist called up two other families who claimed they didn’t have appointments. It makes me question the purpose of having a set appointment time. When I asked the receptionist why they were seen before us, she explained it was because I needed to complete something on a link she sent me at 4:30 for my 4 o’clock appointment. It felt like I was waiting for her to do her job.

Scheduling was a breeze. Staff was friendly. They must’ve sprayed air freshener throughout the exam room right before we entered. It was SO STRONG and smelled horrible. It was hard to breathe and I would’ve definitely made me thrown up if I was nauseous. Please ditch that and it would’ve been a great experience. It was so bad.

Threw my back out and couldn’t move.  Staff was courteous to my inability to get around and mindful of the pain I was in.

Scheduled same day on line   Very little waiting.  Awesome staff. I’ll go back as needed.

I came in for a physical and hair follicle drug test everything was really good except for the hearing test . There is no possible way to get a accurate hearing test with music playing in the backround and staff excessively talking loud . Other than that the staff and the other test s and time frames for the test were quick and friendly I would recommend them

It was so easy to book online & do all my paperwork! The staff was very friendly & caring! Was in & out in less than an hour! Would definitely recommend!

Brought my 9-year old daughter in with the same symptoms I brought my 6-year old in with 2 weeks ago.  They BOTH had Pneumonia!! I’m SO happy with the care we received and the doctor at this location took time, listened to us, and helped both my girls.  I was so glad it was the same doctor for both visits.  He truly was concerned and attentive.  Making an appt was super easy online and the ladies in the front were amazing too.  We won’t go to another location anymore, the Avon Lake location will be our only go to in the future.  Thank you for taking such great care of our girls!!

Did a walk in and was able to be out within 40 minutes. Overall it was a pleasant experience!

Online scheduling and check-in was easy, staff was friendly, and the facility was clean.

My son hadn’t been feeling well for a few days and to get him in with our provider would have taken weeks. I’m happy to have this place right down the street to get quality care for my family. The Dr understood his medical history and took the preventative measures he needed. Thank you.
