After several days of headaches and sinus pressure, I made an appointment online. The process was efficient and staff was friendly. Had my prescription in 30 minutes.

I knew in the night that I was coming down with bronchitis so I booked an early appointment and was given the medication I needed.?it was so easy to book on line and check in on line. The staff was friendly and efficient. In no time I was heading home.

I woke up with an awful sinus infection. My whole head hurt, even my upper jaw. I was miserable. I checked the website and booked an appointment this morning. I was able to complete all the registration paperwork online and was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. I don’t feel like it was a rushed evaluation and the caregivers took plenty of time to go over my symptoms and medical history and meds. They are very efficient and I recommend them for something like this.

My son was very nervous and not wanting to get his throat swab, the nurse was so patient and kind.

This place has really gone downhill. I made an appointment online and waited over an hour to get back to a room. 3 people in the waiting room got called back, were seen, and left while I still waited there for over 20 minutes. After in a room it still took a long time to be seen. The woman who came in much later than me was seen first. While I was still waiting I got the how was your visit survey. The visit was not thorough at all and less than 5 minutes. I had to ask for the inside of my nose to be looked at. The receptionist and nurse were nice but the quality of care stopped there. We used to come here when anyone was sick but will be going elsewhere from now on.
