Dr. Gibbs is amazing and knows his stuff that’s for sure. 10/10

My son had a sore throat and I was able to get on their web site and fill out the paperwork online and make an appointment time. When we arrived, the wait time was a few minutes while we were checked in. The doctor was patient and asked questions and gave her diagnosis based on that information. The office staff was very polite. I was very satisfied with the whole process. I highly recommend Health Express.

I went in for a pre-employment drug test and physical exam, staff was all very nice. Only downside was the wait time.

Aaron at the front desk was very sweet and helpful and the doctor was very knowledgeable.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Dr. Gibbs was friendly and helpful as always.

Woke up after being ill for a few days with horrible throat pain. Was easily able to book an appointment online. Waited less than 15 minutes once arriving for my appointment staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen by Dr. Gibbs who is an exceptional physician! Professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my concerns and provided personalized care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gibbs is always has the answers.  I dislike all the paperwork.  Fron desk is always wonderful

Walk in, I arrived at office opened so was assessed quickly. Digital check-in format was fine for me but will not be user-friendly for elderly individuals. I work in healthcare so, while I understand the move towards technological advancement, consideration & alternatives (with a live staff member) need made for those clients of advanced age. Dr. Abdallah Ali was great, personable and prompt. Overall great experience as always at Tri-County (which is why I continue to go there for all statcare needs for myself and my family, rather than to our PCP).

Made an appointment but still had to wait 39 minutes to be seen

“Dr Thomas Gibbs” VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Asked me “is this the normal skin tone” when moved my hair to look in my ear. I felt uncomfortable they was he pushed my hair back. His PERSONAL phones goes off and he gets a message and says “how can she be sooo pissed at me I’ve been working all day” he THROWS his phone into the sink and then READS his message out loud. FROM HIS WIFE. I am not married so I don’t have a ring on AFTER THE ENCOUNTER with his wife he asked me “where does your husband work” I WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I hope this really hits the system and you guys don’t bypass this
