The staff were great. The girl at the front desk was very nice!! The doctor was timely and kind. I will use this urgent care going forward when I can’t get into my doctor Thank you.

I didn't schedule an appointment i just walked in, I needed to be seen for what I thought might be Pink eye, and also a productive cough. I didn't have to wait very long to be taken back. One inside an exam room I was only waiting about 3 minutes! I was seen by Vanessa, she was incredibly kind, and extremely thorough! From the time I was taken back from the waiting room to the time I left with a treatment plan was only a total of 15 minutes!! Highly recommend Vanessa, she was incredible!

The nurse was rude, wouldn’t see me, she didn’t listen to me, I was very symptomatic she didn’t even listen my lungs , she did nothing. Wasted my time, they better not even charge the insurance for this appt because it was a waste. If it wasn’t for people being sick you people wouldn’t even have a job.

I had been unable to fight off some chest congestion so I decided to get checked out at Health Express Urgent Care North Ridgeville on 11/1/2024. I have been to this urgent care a few times in the past with great results. I like the fact that I can make an appointment and usually be seen right away. On my most recent visit I scheduled an appointment for 12:15pm, I arrived around 12:10pm, and had all my paperwork already completed electronically. I was on my lunch break and was looking for a quick in and out. Unfortunately that did not happen with my last visit. I was not taken back until 12:45pm. After being taken back everything was great, the provider was excellent. I just was very disappointed in the wait time. Why have the ability to schedule an appointment if you can't keep close to it. I can see if it was a couple minutes, but 30 plus minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen was a disappointment.

Everyone awesome , in and out, thorough. I would recommend and will be back.

My 2 year old had the symptoms of an ear infection. His PCP office is not open on Sundays so I went to a local urgent care only to find out that they were not equipped to treat children under 2. I was referred to Health Express Urgent Care. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. We were seen fairly quickly and our provider was gentle and kind to my toddler. She took the time to answer questions and made me feel like she actually cared and was not just getting a patient in and out.

I came in with to me was an uncomfortable issue ...the attending doctor and associate made it very comfortable me and it was greatly appreciated .would go back for sure

Great place. Friendly people. Easy to schedule. Got me in and out without a long wait.I will be back when I need to.
