I'm so pleased I found this place! Everything is efficient, quick but with care. The Dr is not rushing and makes sure I understand all that's necessary. I couldn't be happier.

The friendliness and caring nature of a delicate visit was absolutely amazing. The staff as well as the doctor were all very personable and easy to speak with. I appreciate the timely manner of booking my visit, the paperwork, and then the actual visit. I wish I had found Health Express sooner!!

I was able to get my medication in a timely manner and am happy with the care I received. The cost was expected and was covered by my insurance.

Had my second appointment and told him I would be dirty for the, mind you I'm on probation an took a drug test in the morning that day and the Dr said I was dirty for multiple things, he said the double line meant positive when that means negative, if I didn't pass my test in the morning I would be in jail so either he didn't see it right or it was a false positive so he said he couldn't see me, isn't he supposed to help people an not just kick them to the curb with no meds, that's a good way for someone to relapse, I feel he should have either let me test again or give me a week an test me again, so anyone who first starts if they fail there test then he just kicks them out, aren't you guys supposed to help people get off an stay off drugs, like hello, I felt he didn't even give me a chance like he didn't care so now I'm sick from not having my subs, that's a good way to get someone killed cuz they don't have there subs so they end up using and overdosing, I'm not gonna do that but I'm just blown away by a Dr supposed to help you get off drugs but kicks you out saying he can't give me meds when I failed witch was a defective test, that does happen ya know, why would I admit to thc but nothing else that's just dumb, I would like another chance and treated like he cares about helping people. And we do a video visit but he has his video off and when I say I can't see you he says it's OK I can see you, like wtf is the point of a video visit. I really hope someone gets back to me
