Wait time was a little long, but it was Jan 2. Staffing was shortened by the Holiday. The Staff that was there was amazing. All were pleasant friendly, and knew their jobs.

This urgent care should not be open on weekends! They are so understaffed that a simple flu check took over 2 hour wait. There was only a handful of patients waiting. The provider was polite and helpful and prescriptions were ordered. Apparently you can make appointments online which I was unaware of but the administration needs to be aware that this understaffing of an urgent care is dangerous. Not only can mistakes be made but patients will be so unhappy they may never return! This needs to be fixed!

My experience was not good at all. I arrived about 1:30. completed the paper work. I have been having dizzy spells when standing up and bending over. I waited over 3 hours to get called in with no luck. There was a group of about six or more ahead of me plus others. I informed the front desk and I left. without seeing anyone.
