Quick in and out staff friendly

I was a walk-in. The NP was friendly, professional and listened to my symptoms and did a physical check. I am grateful for her medical professional diagnosis. Thank you.

You must have an appointment or wait time is too long. Got an appointment, so wait time wasn’t too long. Always get great care.

I found it useful to do an online booking, so I didn’t have to do all the paperwork once I got there, this was my first experience at Health Care Express. They were friendly, and the waiting room was clean, as well as the exam. I will visit again if unable to see my primary doctor.

Worst place to go to! I go in for a couple of different thing. I tell them I am pregnant. Among all of the other test that I went there for, they decided to do a pregnancy test. The doctor comes In and tells me I am in fact not pregnant. I tell the doctor I think something is weird because it’s been confirmed by other doctors. She says she doesn’t know “she never looked at the test herself” and to go buy more at home tests to confirm. So I do so! They come back positive. So I call back and ask them to retest my urine. The nurse gets on the phone and says “Your first test wasn’t negative” save yourself time. Go somewhere else.

The staff and the doctor were very professional. I felt that the doctor was genuinely concerned about how I felt. Great team at the Moore OK location!

I generally love coming to this location. However, today wasn’t the case. Had an appointment at 2:20 and didn’t get seen until 3:35.

The nurse practitioner I saw was great. However the front desk woman and the nurse could learn some manners. And take in to consideration that the sliding glasses window doesn’t block out their voices when they are talking about their patients.

The staff is always great and friendly! They are are my go to whenever I need treatment, I’ve tried other urgent cares around the area and no one can compare. I always end up going back keep up the good work! Thank you guys!

Everyone is always super nice and they get me taken care of really fast and are also very thorough.
