We have to utilize HCE more than I’d like to admit- but they always come through for us! We’ve come to know many of the providers and REALLY appreciate their low staff-turnover. First time here. Online appointment was easy to make. Lobby was clean, tidy, cold and the music was a good choice. The nurses and doctor were exceptional. They tested me for what I thought I had and called in a prescription. Easy peasy. 10/10!

It was a complete waste of $75. The nurse tried to take my blood, could not get any blood and then stabbed me with the needle in my lower forearm. I left without an explanation of what was wrong with me, with chest pain, headache, coughing, and fatigue. There has been no follow up phone call to let me know what I should do next. I don’t believe the nurse or the doctor really practice good medicine. I still feel awful and will have to spend money at a different facility. I feel like i am owed a REFUND.

First time here and it was a great experience! The girl at the front desk was wonderful, she offered to help me fill out paperwork because I was holding my 1 year old and didn’t really have a free hand. Anybody that has little kids knows how office visits can go, so I was a little nervous my daughter wouldn’t cooperate, but she did great and the whole staff was so good with her!
