Very happy with the ease of being able to schedule an appointment online prior to my arrival . Upon arriving I was promptly seen and was very happy with the facilities and the staff .

Check-in and wait were great. Taken to room. Young woman triaging me needs to make eye contact a little. I was sick and I'm hard of hearing, so they really need to be a little louder and clearer. She did a flu and covid test very gentle. Thanks Then the Nurse Practioner walks in and with results. I don't remember her introducing herself. Then she half-assed uses stethoscope on my front collar bones. Barely listening. Had she listened, she might have heard my expiratory wheezing. No Chest Xray was ordered. Had I known that I would C e went to my regular Dr who doesn't have an xray machine. She says she'll call in an antibiotic and steroid. I leave and waited 1.5 hr. No Rx. Called office and was told they were extremely busy. So I go home and they called and said they couldn't get North Heights to answer. That pharmacy has been closed for a year or so. They should've sent it to Super one which was noted in info on-line. Then I have to call back again because steroid wasn't called in. NP gets on phone and said she thought I had gotten shot in office. I would've rather had that, but it wasn't offered. I left HCE at 1130. I wasn't able to pick up my Rxs til 1730. So I had to take an additional day off work bc the meds didn't have much time to somewhat kick in just a little. I've used HCE off and on for years and have always been satisfied, but not today. Booked on-line.

I didn’t have to wait long, the check-in process was easy. The staff took very good care of me.

I felt so bad, I’m sure it is a good place to be when your sick, had to wait a good while but sure it was because my first time there!
