Healthcare Express on 7th Street has ALWAYS been professional, kind, respectful, compassionate, willing to listen, and empathetic. They are good people! They have never been disrespectful or condescending. I no longer have a primary care doctor due to being treated so poorly by various individuals. If I have a medical need I go where I am treated like a human who needs help and I am actually helped instead of being made to feel like an inconvenience by someone who is resentful due to the pressures of their job. It seems nowadays primary-care or pain management staff are too quick to gaslight, ignore, and react disrespectfully to the patient due to the stressors in their life and at work. I understand patients at work can be difficult but not every patient is a difficult person to care for. Thank you Healthcare Express on 7th Street for standing up for the needs of humanity while displaying selfless service and kindness. Many of us are genuinely grateful for you and the caliber of character all of your staff display. It can be scary when you realize you are depending on medical staff who don't like their jobs or their patients. Your team truly stands out above even other Healthcare Express centers.

Booked 12:40 time through online method. Arrived at clinic and Checked in for 12:40 time. 20 minutes of paperwork at clinic even though I am already an established patient. Nothing has changed on my information. A simple “has anything changed?” , would have been sufficient. If it has, THEN complete new paperwork. My wife filled out paperwork as I certainly could not have completed all that feeling ill! She Wrote the same information on at least 3 pages. Very redundant paperwork. The receptionist was just OK ,,, needs to be taught to talk more slowly and speak up! This is not typical of Heath Care Express. Always been a good experience, but not this time. Once I was called back, waited and waited until I finally opened exam room door to see if I had been forgotten. People who came in after I did were seen before I was. Also, the waiting room music was loud , especially for people not feeling well. Probably will seek care elsewhere next time.

Toni is amazing, per usual. Cristy was great and very prompt. Front desk was very friendly & helpful.

Overall service sub-par. The Nurse Practitioner didn’t pay attention to my records and tried to advise me to take ibuprofen when my records clearly says that I’m allergic to it… Will definitely not go that location again… This is the second mis hap with this location in particular….

All of the staff were extremely friendly and the wait time wasn't too bad, but the check-in process is full of so many redundancies. The main reason we picked this one to go to was because they already had all of our information and I was in no condition to go through it all again. And not only did I have to do it again, but as I stated the redundancies were ridiculous. I mean, how many times do you need my name and address and social. Once, twice, three times? Maybe four. Yeah, the staff was great but the check-in process was anything but convenient. It was very off putting.

When I feel ill and need a place to be seen quickly, this is my go-to urgent care. I’ve always been treated with respect and felt valued.
