Everyone was so nice and friendly. The only problem is the wait times which is OUTRAGEOUS!!! If you plan to go here. Please set aside at least 1 and a half hours just for a drug screen. If you have lots of time to wait, you will have a nice experience.

I received a text message for me to logon for my 11am appointment around 10:45 am. After I clicked the link to join no one ever came on to assist me with my appointment. I was in que for over an hour and after calling the office to find out what was going on to give me clarity such as why I’m still waiting such as “maybe the Np has a long wait time due patient load or etcetera . I was placed on an additional hold and no one ever picked up my call. So my experience was a horrible one and I’m still waiting to see or speak to someone. All I need is a refill on my Triamterene medication.

Waited and waited and waited and waited…..I patiently waited in front of my phone for someone to join my virtual appointment. No one ever came. I never got a call. I was never seen, I hung up and rejoined 7 times, and I made several appointments initially starting at 2:40 pm all the way till 4:40 pm. 4-6 different appoints were booked, and I was left waiting, only to gave nobody see me each time. I should have given up soon, but I was desperate to be seen as I am on a time crunch. Unfortunately, now I am forced to quickly find another provider in hopes that they actually join my appointment so that I can return to work tomorrow, to my coworkers, safely.
