Clean space and welcoming. Dr. Sonoiki is such a calming presence and was excellent in her interaction with my son. She takes the time to explain information and make you feel taken care of. Appointment availability outside of regular practice hours is also a bonus. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Making an appointment is great, we didn’t wait long at all. The doctor is amazing, very personable and professional, and gentle, she was very informative about what we needed to do to get my daughter healed which was appreciated. I will be back if my daughter needs after hours care again even though we live in south Palm Bay. It’s worth the drive.

I had an excellent experience during a recent appointment. From the moment we arrived, the office staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. They took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, thoroughly explained what happened with my daughter and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated the thoughtful, personalized care she received. The doctor’s approach was both professional and compassionate, making her feel at ease throughout the entire visit. The Staff and Doctor were amazing. I have had bad experiences being a single father to other walk in clinics, but I didn’t have any issues this time! Doctor Sonoiki was really great with my 2 yr old son. She asked pointed questions and did a thorough exam. She took time to explain to us what the treatment was that he needed and why and how to administer it. Thankful to have this pediatric-dedicated resource in time of need.

I hope the practice improves how they assess potential UTI’s. I’m not one to write negative reviews, but I feel this situation warrants sharing in hopes of preventing another family from going through a similar experience. Prior to writing this review, I reached out to the practice through their website contact form to inform them but after seeing another recent review about a similar misdiagnosis—I believe it's important to share. We brought our 9-month-old to this urgent care on a Sunday because our pediatrician's office was fully booked. Booking online was easy, the facility was clean, and we were seen quickly. During the visit, we expressed concerns about a potential UTI, but the doctor dismissed this possibility without any tests. She confidently diagnosed a virus and prescribed a steroid for airway inflammation. We left feeling reassured. By Monday night, our son was inconsolable—crying in pain and unable to sleep, which was completely out of character. We saw his pediatrician the next morning. They took our concerns seriously, ran thorough tests, and diagnosed a severe UTI, requiring an antibiotic shot followed by oral antibiotics. The pediatrician also advised us to stop the steroid immediately. It was heartbreaking to see our son suffer, and I’m convinced the pain could have been minimized if the urgent care doctor had considered a UTI in her diagnosis. UTIs in babies can escalate quickly, and a more cautious approach at the initial visit could have made a significant difference. I hope this review prompts the doctor to reconsider how she evaluates potential UTIs, especially given another similar case noted in a review posted only 3 months ago. Parents rely on medical professionals for their expertise, but we also know our children best. When a parent raises a specific concern, it should not be dismissed without proper investigation.
