This was the first time I’ve ever used Solv to book an appointment and I would definitely use it again. The staff was excellent efficient timely and the PA was excellent and knowledgeable. Definitely a pleasure and made getting tested very easy. Definitely recommend!!

Had a great experience here for testing. Booking was easy on Solv, and wait time was minimal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommended this office.

The staff was unprofessional, inefficient and rude. If they take people by appointment only then they should abide by the appointment time, rather than have patients wait upwards to an hour after their allotted time. I never received my antigen test results even though I paid $50 to receive them same day.

Good luck reaching anyone via phone after your visit. Impossible. My test was $50 and I never heard back from them and never got anything in writing in the time period I was promised.

Only thing that made me unhappy was when it came time to see the provider, I was skipped over by three patients just because they came in together and happened to be standing at the desk still checking in. That was a little rude as I was there well before they ever were. Besides that, the overall experience was okay.

I had an appointment booked for 1:00pm. I arrived at 12:45. It is now 1:40 and I am finally leaving. The young ladies at this establishment were not efficient in making sure things were explained clearly and professional. Discussing how you want to leave already and bickering amongst themselves is not what I expected to hear. I had to go upstairs two times (husband was in. Car with baby and had appt to) because they were not clear that I needed to see a provider via zoom after I was swabbed. Then I left and did not receive a form and didn’t notice I would need one until my husband returned to car with a paper and ID number to check results. They need to do better.
