The PCR testing was wonderful. People were lovely. I was told I'd be called back in a few hours. No one called. I eventually called myself at the end of the day. Only then did I get the results. So you can see, it was a mixed bag.

Despite scheduling and having an appointment at 8am, the center wasn’t open. No one was reachable by phone despite my multiple attempts to reach someone and I waited for 30 minutes and it was clearly not open, no one was there. No staff was on site. Your clinic should be shut down. This is deplorable!

Complete chop shop. I made an appointment days in advance when I arrived the door was locked with a sign saying they were closed for the day. When someone came out to speak with me they said they could not test me. In addition, they said it was because people showed up to their appointments with multiple people (1 appointment but 5 people showed up) and that was the reason they could not honor my appointment. As I needed the results for a flight I asked for an alternative or solution, I was told that I could come back the following morning and pay $175 for a same day test! With no other options I agreed, as a "courtesy" they said they would open for me at 8am (they open at 9am) for my trouble. I was there this morning until 8:25am (had to go to work) and no one showed. Unacceptable and unprofessional

Was on time for appointment but waited outside for 2 hours before being seen. Have yet to receive test results after 2 days that were supposed to be sent after 1 and needed for travel. Nobody at the office had been able to resolve.

I scheduled a COVID test for 11:30am. I arrived at 11am and they had just started testing the 9am appointments. I am an older person with medical issues and cannot wait on long lines, especially in the cold, so I just left. Don't make appointments if you can't keep them.

DO NOT TRY TO GET A COVID TEST HERE. They accept too many reservations then have to turn people away that have appointments. The reason they are one of the few that accepts appointments is because they cannot keep them. DO NOT COME HERE

Really awful experience. You book an appointment with Solv, but the nurses inside don't have access to Solv. They have no idea who you are or what time your appointment is. Waited 1+ hours in the car before i decided to go in and see what the hell was taking so long. Turns out, i "should've just come inside" to let them know i'm here, instead of using the Solv "check-in" feature. What a joke. This place is run by crooks. $175 for a rapid test "not covered by insurance." Thieves. 2 nurses working inside a tiny building and 30 people waiting outside. Figure it out you crooks.

The website said they had rapid testing - showed up for a 12:30 pm appointment to find out there they hadn’t had rapid tests for over a week. No phone calls were made, no alerts sent, and the blonde staff member took no responsibility for it. The only girl at the desk and the older woman tried to be pleasant.

It was very unorganized, there was no privacy, you literally spoke to a doctor via FaceTime infront of everyone in the waiting room. The system was down so it was a mess.

We are still waiting for our results for a rapid PCR test. We were told the results would be issued by the evening but we are still waiting the morning after. Also, our appointment was for 10am and we were not seen until almost 12pm. The facility did not seem clean but the staff was very nice and tried their best it seemed. Overall I’m very disappointed in the experience.
