Making an appointment is useless, was still given a hour and a half wait time. The pre visit screening they send you including the link to input your insurance is useless, they had none of that information I had provided when I arrived, despite the link accepting my insurance and telling me my insurance was accepted and I owed nothing, I was promptly told when I arrived that they would not accept insurance and that I would owe over a hundred dollars for a simple physical. JUST GET A IN NETWORK PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN, this place was nothing but a huge waste of gas and time.

Had knee pain for 4 days. Arthritis being the culprit. The doctor and staff made me feel at ease. They were clear and concise with their answers to my questions. I felt as cared for as I could considering. I totally recommend Helix!!!

I did Multiple visits for workers comp which I picked this locations since it’s closer to my home. The appointments are useless since they call you in when they feel like it just like they make you wait 25-30 minutes at the very least in the waiting room appointments are useless. This doctor knows as much as I do but definitely Google would provide him better answers since He doesn’t know how to explain absolutely nothing that I may ask him about my injury all that He knows how to do is prescribe. The fact that He can’t even show that He even cares about my improvement or pain is even worse ! Just arrogant period even with The MRI results and this so called doctor can’t even explain I can read the result I Just can’t explain them… what’s even more funny when I ask him about a simple question regarding my elbow lump he related it with me not being a tennis player He’s more lost then I thought. I wonder how He got around medical school let’s not even get around the person that did my X-rays complete ash tray coming out of him with zero knowledge of anything besides his cigarettes breaks. I won’t be coming to this place again or recommend it to anyone at all.

Go to them if you want to be in an endless loop of poor care. I was directed by Solv from a local provider to Helix Urgent Care, so I could be seen online. The issue is that Helix Medical (Helix VM; HVM) never sent the prescriptions to my pharmacy. The doctor said they'd be at the pharmacy and filled in 90 minutes, but 4 hours later - the pharmacy has no record of the scrips. So I attempted to use the online portal to message the doctor and request a refill / request to get the medicine in the first place. The online portal is a joke -- I can't message in it or request a prescription as no doctors are listed as options, but it's a required field to send a message. Further, the person I saw on the telehealth call is NOT the person whose name is written as the provider I saw. [Neither, btw, are available in the 'provider' list.
