No stars to review because I booked for 4:30 on Sunday afternoon, showed up for the appointment. The office closed at 4:00. I even got a confirmation text. They need to figure out this shouldn’t be happening.

Woke up fever and runny nose.  Made first available appointment. Got in reasonably fast. TA and all staff were attentive and thorough.    Would definitely recommend over ER.

Easy to schedule. Unfortunately arrived and the office was closed

Made an appointment for 1230. Arrived at 12:20. Not called until after 1 o’clock. led  into the treatment room by a happy young woman. Took vitals, was directed to the table. Waited. And waited. Woman entered, identified herself as primary provider, how warm and welcoming. A quick assessment, listen to my lungs, diagnosed. Informed of meds prescribed. Done. When I asked about meds for severe stomach pain, denied. No way of testing, etc. Too bad, so sad. Done. In the interim, while waiting, an older woman, came in once or twice, comforting, encouraging, sweet, motherly. The only warmth that day. Apparently only one provider available although the waiting room was not overcrowded. Was finished by approximately 220. Received text message that I had. I had missed my appointment. Evidently front desk didn’t bother to look it up. When I checked in. Overall disappointing. With number of urgent care in the area, I would not use this company again.

After not being able to find a urologist who would take me immediately, I decided to try helix and was so surprised how easy it was to get registered. The staff was lovely and the doctor was fantastic. Spent her time explaining everything I needed to know to handle my situation And she she wrote it down with instructions. Thank you so much for your wonderful care.

These ladies are the Bomb! Fast. Efficient. KIND! And made me repeat back to them my instructions. To make sure I was good to be go.   I’ve never had this type of treatment. I’m flirted in a good way!

They refused care

The doctor was down knowledgeable and caring. He took very good care of me

CNP Carol is an excellent clinician who listens and explains well.  I had made an appt online; I was informed at arrival that my appt would be delayed by an hour.
