Very easy and user friendly to book virtual appointment. Did not have to wait very long to be seen.

I did a virtual visit for 1:11. I joined the call at 1:09 and waited until 2:11 no one ever joined. What was the point of scheduling an appointment if no one was going to join. A waste of time

Tried to book a telehealth appointment for a case of Thrush I had at the time. Waited for more than half an hour past my appointment time and doctor never even showed up.

Not very considerate about how I was feeling or explaining, I know my symptoms and they didn’t seem to care. Very rude

First off the Physician claim I didn't sign paperwork. But I did. She then resent a broken link 5 times after I repeatedly text and was speaking to her in the video call.... I told her that she was sending it in jpg and she needs to resend it in Pdf format. Soo, now I'm redoing the all the paperwork again... and my visit was not completed because she currently couldn't send a link properly. So after me redoing the paperwork... now it's signed. The Physician then states she's going to push back my visit.... but she never gave me a time.... she never sent me another email to join the Video Lobby. So, Now she has my signature but I was never serviced!!!! And I've made several attempts thru text and she has ignored my requests to be seen. I will be reaching out to Medicare to make sure she doesn't make a claim for services that she never rendered. I've had past Tele Health with other health sites and I never had a problem. But I decided to use Henry Ford Go Health and it's been Horrible!!!
