I would give this place a 0 star. I went to Dr Henry Kaw office due to having really bad anxiety. When I went there, I had to complete some paperwork since I was a new patient. However, on the form there were some questions that I did not feel comfortable such as asking if I was sex active yes, no or not currently. I felt that the third option not currently shouldn't even been asked on the form. Once I completed the form, one of the nurses took me to the room check my blood pressure. It made me wait for Dr. Henry Kaw. He walked in there like he was in a rush, asking me why did I have anxiety, how long and what made me think that I had anxiety. I told him how I felt and how my anxiety was affecting my personal life and work life and his response was well maybe it's time for a new job. I thought that was pretty rude. I went to see him so I could get approved to go on short term disability at my job. However, he made a second appointment, and after my second appointment I went and then inform him that I had the form that my job needed to be completed for me to go on short term he didn't even hesitate to even look at the form. He pretty much rushed me out the room. I went again for the third time telling him beg him to please complete the form so I can go on a short term disability at my job. He comes to the room and tells me he can complete the form because he doesn't know how long I should be off work and asking me. Did I go see the psychiatrist that he recommend I inform that when I called the psychiatrist he recommends they did not have any opening until July and he asked me when in July I told him I don't recall the date, but I know it was in July. So he calls someone else in the room does not introduced him who the person was stars telling him to call the psychiatrist office and see if they can squeeze me in. However, I'm trying to tell him that I was seeing is a psychiatrist my job provides thru Spring health and he seem to be really confuse what I was trying to explain to him. He told me that I was lucky that he was spending this much time explaining stuff to me that he never spending this much time talking to his patients. Instead i was asked if I wanted to get the STD shot like i didn't go to his office for anything that had to do with that. I would never ever be going to his office ever again I highly recommend to never go to this doctor, because I noticed that all he is doing is charging your insurance, and not finding any solution for the reason you're going to see him. All he cares is about getting paid from your insurance and not helping at all. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
