This is the worst practice I’ve ever been to. The wait time is well over an hour and the front desk staff is downright nasty. They act like you are inconveniencing then when checking in! Seriously- take your needs elsewhere

Dr Shraytman is very hard to understand, and then seems to get angry when you tell him that you did not understand what he said. He had absolutely, no bedside manner.

My dad went to get looked at about head aches and pain around the right side of his face. They diagnosed him with a sinus infection, prescribed him an oral antibiotic and sent him home. Later that night, his face swelled up twice the size and he went to the hospital, he had shingles. Still in the hospital now (St Joes Wayne next door), eye swollen shut and waiting for swelling to go down to see what damage to eye he has. Hospital was NOT happy with the erroneous diagnosis provided, can only hope these quacks are held accountable and stop acting like they know what they are doing!!
