Waited 3 hours for a 5 minute rapid strep test. Had to take a Covid swab then wait 2 hours to get a test they could have done at same time or instead of the Covid test. Could have been told to make an appointment. Could have been told to return in 90 minutes. Incredibly unprofessional.

Upon arriving, there was nobody at the front desk so I yelled “hello” numerous times. I was the ONLY patient in there, which should have been the first sign from God to leave. They knew I was there because I knocked on the door and the nurses in the back looked up and saw me but didn’t say anything. I was terribly sick so I stayed and waited so I could get antibiotics. Finally after waiting almost 10 min, a receptionist came out and signed me in. I asked several times how much it would be with my insurance and she kept saying “it just depends” when I know they have the ability to check. Even if she couldn’t, she could have told me how much it would cost without insurance. I’m a college student working full time, so the cost is definitely a big factor for me. I finally saw a nurse practitioner who was really sweet. She told me I had a virus and that it will heal with time. THAT’S IT, so I left and the receptionist said I’m good to go- no copay no payment. I receive a $200 statement via email. Called back to inquire about it and they were extremely rude. Told me it would have been $100 if I paid in cash. 😂 This place is a SCAMMMM.

I've been going to them for 10 years and love it. If you need to be seen quickly, just walk in. Usually there is a wait of only minutes. The staff is friendly. And whoever the medical professional you see they will be knowledgeable and thorough.
