I took my child to the Hilo Urgent care with a fever of 102 the nurses lied to my child when he asked if the test to check his throat will make him gag and she said no then just stuck it in his throat which made him gag. Then the doctor says oh you have a high fever but since it’s not the flu just drink plenty water. I can’t do anything. I seen the same doctor for another serious issue and she did the same thing. Do not waste your time or money going to the Hilo urgent care they take so long only to tell you they won’t check anything else no matter how sick you are. The urgent care in Keaau is fast and they at least try to help you.The doctors to busy getting fat not doing her job and ripping sick people off by taking there money but not providing no care what so ever. Keaau is better seriously.

Ceiling air ducts are dripping with lint. The patient portal is not operational, and multiple attempts to register and login failed. A call to the office was no help as no one knew how to troubleshoot it. Dr Warsh was great. Have been waiting for an appointment with Dr Gutteling, unknown when the staff will get back to me.

I had a very bad experience here. I took my 5 years old son because he was very sick since his pediatrician is close for the weekend. My son was already throwing up while we were waiting for us to get called. I had a ziplock bag with me with his puke on it. When we got called after almost 2 hours of waiting, I showed to the nurse my sons puke, and the nurse said “I don’t have to see that” that’s gross. I was very disappointed with service. There was no compassionate with their patients. The nurses was so mean and rude and sassy too. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone I know because true service was very bad.
