My daughter was seen at this urgent care after having a cold for a week, that seemed to be turning into a sinus infection. We had tested for covid and it was negative. She had to wait over an hour in the room, then was tested again there for covid and it was also negative. All the Dr could think about was covid…told her to test again in 2 days and gave her a speech about getting vaccinated. Even though the Dr told her she likely could have a sinus infection, she said it still could be covid so she would not give her any meds. A complete waste of time with a Dr that was fixated on one thing and did not listen to the patient at all. Do not recommend this place. Rude front desk personnel as well.

It took me 3 Hoag U C centers to finally get a "walk-in" visit from my vehicle... that was a first. I gave my reson for my visit. I did not think it was covid related, I had a cough for 3 days, my throat on fire, no fever, yet respiratory congestion with vague wheezing. I had someone come out,, check my pulse ox reading,, gave me a covid test and then said to wait for dr to call me.. once i got that call and explained my symptoms,, she asked what pharmacy i preferred and that she would check my covid results before getting back to me.. i got a text,, negative covid and t g en lights started shutting off at facility. I felt like an idiot at this so called urgent care facility which I felt was a joke. Will not recommend to anyone who asks...horrible follow-up

Friendly, kind and caring staff from the minute you walk in! Facility is clean, I never have to wait more than 2-3 minutes to be called by the assistance to be taken back after checking in. So thankful to have such a great urgentcare so close to home.

Doctor Molly is not took her responsibility. I went to pick up the medicine and the pharmacy said they never got any prescriptions. Very bad service.
