What patients are saying...

I went to this facility feeling exteremely sick hoping to get some medical help, as I was presenting most of the covid symptoms. When I first checked in, I was told the waith is about 1.5 hrs and I should expect to pay $300. While I was barely had the energy to stand up and lots of aches, I had to deal with the unaccetable attitude of an extremely rude and disrespectful receptionist, who kept getting louder and louder while I had barely the energy to speak. This was the receptionist who also ignored me first, hence the other receptionist took down my info. Then I asked her for her name, as I wanted to file a complaint about her. She refused to give it. Then I demanded to speak someone in charge. Then supposedly the provider came who I told that I was very upset with this whole situation and I wanted the name of that receptionist and the manager of the facility, and then she walked out on me without saying anything and never came back. Then I went back to the other receptionist and asked when I can be seen, as well as getting the names of the unproffesional(to say the least) receptionist and the manager, so I can practice my very right to file a complaint and disgrievance. This time, I was told the wait times were 4-5 hours. I then asked whether they were trying to dodge me. Then she said they are basically refusing to see me. Then I asked who is refusing to treat me. The other receptionist said that the other rude receptionist is refusing my treatment and their manager was aware of it, and he approved it. Then I asked for a proof that I checked in to this facility, and this time they started saying that it is not a urgent care but a imaging center. Lots of lies, and illegal activities are going in this place. When I left this place, I almost fainted. Not only did I not get any medical attention, they added more stress to my already stressful situation. I'll file a complaint with Florida Health Department, as this facility is a hazard to human health.

The front desk is out of control. I registered for an appointment and they made it for the wrong day! At 12:30 pm I was told there were 7 people ahead of me - they would call me when they were down to 2 people (estimated time 2 1/2 hours) I called back at 3:15 pm and was told there were 11 people ahead of me! They couldn't explain this discrepancy. I sincerely hope the medical services are better than this. I guess I'll find-out, assuming I am ever able to see a doctor.

Pathetic. I wanted 90 min before they even registered me. I asked twice the policy and they said an X-ray did not require an appt. Well, 90 minutes to even register me at the front desk with zero communication is just unreal. How does the X-ray technician even know I’m waiting? I had to walk pit along w 2 people in from of me that had appointments. You are better off at the hospital.

If you know Mondays are always busy - why would you have only 1 doctor on mondays. Waited 3 hours - I was 4th in line and was told 45 minutes later there was 3 ahead of me- when I said something- got rude response
