Was a bit upset that they could not show the Covid test being sent out a week prior to today

Scheduling was easy and received notice to arrive 10 minutes early if you are a new patient. I presumed this was to allow time to fill out forms. I arrived early and entered the facility only to be greeted by a gruff administrator who abruptly ushered us out the door. If the experience is intended to entirely remote then you need to state that up front in the arrival instructions. You need to train your staff that with remote experiences they are going to need to provide instructions in a positive way. This is especially important in health care where patients are not feeling well and may not be functioning in their best mental capacity. The physicians assistant provided excellent care and understood how to make a vitual experience warm and positive. He understood my concerns and asked clarifying questions. I'm not sure if I'll be back again though, it may depend on the circumstances and appointment availability. I would recommend this provider only for the most routine illnesses, for anything that requires examination or even simple diagnosis I would tell others to go elsewhere.

I haven’t been feeling well.  Solv did not communicate with the office.  Quick meeting hard for me to breathe . Doctor asked if I had a treatment recently. But was not given one.  Having some female problems just given a pill.  Allergic to penicillin given a Zpack.

Easy appt scheduled online.  Staff was courteous, doctor was thorough.

Feeling bad last couple of days call office was in and out in under 15 minutes was very satisfied

Love this urgent care. We are able to get apptmts quickly, the reception is kind and helpful. Dr. Keeler does a thorough , great job with care.

I have been seen here twice now and I can't express my gratitude enough! I pre scheduled both appts and got right in. Check in was quick and easy, nurse triage was also done quickly and efficiently. Both visits now, the dr came in very quickly and was thorough, efficient and friendly. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I am extremely happy with my experiences at Pro-Health Urgent Care and would highly recommend!
