I took my daughter there last night and the front desk, nurse and doctor was so amazing. They listened to my concerns and doctor Told me take my daughter directly to the hospital. He hugged her and told her it will be ok . He told me what he thought was wrong with her was fluid on her brain and he was right. I took her to the hospital and they did lumbar tap and he was right. She has been feeling like this for two weeks straight and I took her to other places and McLaren hospital and they sent her right out with just take Motrin but this staff actually helped and figured out the root of the problem. Thank you staff you are amazing.

I highly recommend this urgent care. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and everyone was very kind and helpful. I went in with a sore side/back from pulling a muscle and the doctor who saw me was very gentle and made me feel comfortable as she was feeling for the sore spot on my side. The two ladies at the front were really kind as well, and the gentleman who took my blood pressure and heart rate did a great job and was nice. It’s not always easy to find a consistent team of people who are all caring and nice to patients, but everyone was happy to help and I really appreciate that. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone and will come back any time it’s necessary. What a great group of workers!

Came here for Rapid Covid Testing but the waiting room process is a disaster waiting to happen. They don't have chairs spaced a part they don't sanitize after a person leaves the front desk or chair. Patients sat with mask half off while coughing. At this point I'm wondering will I need a test after this test.

I went there because I had gotten slit open with a knife on my hand, and my bleeding was going on for longer than 6 hours on and off. I ended up going there after like 17 hours because it was a last option. For one, they asked me to take off the gauze I had myself and I told them I couldn’t remove anymore because it was stuck to my wound. So the lady ends up ripping it off without giving warning and you can clearly tell I’m uncomfortable and shaking. She was very ungentle. And then the actual doctor refused to give stitches because I waited longer than 12 hours and was very ungentle too. They didn’t really examine my hand and only made sure I could move fingers. They didn’t clean the wound and only sent me home with a prescription.

Would not recommend anyone with a fracture to go there!!! My husband was told he had a fractured ankle. It was almost closing time. Dr. Sent him home without a cast or anything. After asking the dr. 3 times dr. Said he thought it would be ok to walk on it and to follow-up with his foot doctor. My husband had to have 5 surgeries afterwards and eventually they ended up amputating! We would never go there again for anything worse than a cold!
