I went in to get my blood pressure checked and was the first person there. I had to wait 45 minutes to finally be called in.I spent another 25 minutes waiting for the BP check.

My son has some kind of upper respiratory infection and all they did was say over the counter stuff which he had already been using. I called back two days later because he isnt any better and no response. Dont waste your time or money here with these people.

My experience here will be the reason I never go back to this place again. I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for a follow up and I was the only person in the waiting room and besides that the staff is very rude and the doctors are disrespectful. WOULD NOT RECOMMENED

Facility is always clean. Staff is always nice. Wait times are always short. I can't say enough good things. They always take great care of me.

Visited today after calling beforehand to ensure they had X-ray service. Upon arrival I filled out a questionnaire that was a symptom checker. I recorded that I had experienced a running nose due to seasonal allergies but did not actively have a running nose. I was asked to wait outside due to Covid because I admitted to having a running nose. I didn’t cooperate immediately and questioned the decision so either a nurse or doctor rudely approached me as if to escort me outside. I waited 2 hours outside for the nurse practitioner to ask me what the issue was and then tell me that they do not have X-ray, so I decided to leave. I went to a different minor emergency clinic and found that I didn’t need an x-ray, only antibiotics for infection in the affected area. Terrible experience, we will never be back.

Worst experience ever with nurse practitioner. Even after going twice! My advice is go find a physician somewhere else.

I am a 74 year old disabled (obviously). I went there for infection and coughing. THIS IS THE WORSE HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED AND DISRESPETED. They refused to even let me use the restroom. ALL THEY WANTED TO TALK ABOUT WAS MY $20.00 CO-PAY. I have been a customer since they opened for business but WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I don't feel there is any organization here. I know they are busy, but you call them to set up a time and they call you with a different number that states on your phone its a spam number, so you call them back and they put you more behind to see someone. I explained what happened but no sympathy on their part. I understand this is a trying time, but they need more help.
