Came in after work with a swollen jaw from an infected tooth, couldn’t get in to my dentist that quickly. I scheduled online, was able to fill out new patient paperwork online as well. I showed up early and there was hardly anyone in front of me and they checked me in and bumped me up several slots. Very quick, very friendly, and I was in line at the pharmacy at the time I originally scheduled for the appointment. With the amount of pain I was in, the haste was greatly appreciated. Easiest urgent care appointment I’ve ever experienced.

Last night, I was really struggling with a fever and chills. I made my way to Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care in Cullman, and I can't express how grateful I am for the treatment I received there. The staff was incredibly compassionate, making the experience quick and comfortable during such a tough time. I wholeheartedly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need. Thank you for providing such exceptional care when I needed it most!

Was not satisfied at all with this visit!! As far as scheduling it’s perfect an easy check in was fine but the care was not done!!! I have huge white pocket’s in my throat high fever an horrible ear pain the swabs wasn’t even on my throat!! You don’t just have a 103 fever without a cause!!!!!

My son fell on outstretched arm (left) off of his skateboard, and subsequently, experienced immediate pain with painful range of motion, and some mild swelling. We iced it on the way to get X-ray.  It was our first time coming to HH Urgent Care. We had an easy experience with signing in and completing paperwork. Receptionist was kind, welcoming, and helpful. We got back pretty quickly and triage nurse was also very pleasant and professional and obtained history.  X-ray was obtained quickly. Short wait for radiologist to read the Xray.  When provider came in to give results, she did not introduce herself to us. She announced the negative results of the xray and gave some generic aftercare “Let it heal, take ibuprofen and Tylenol or pain.” She did not herself obtain HPI or perform the minimum targeted physical exam.  As a Physician Assistant myself, I was not impressed with bedside manner or professionalism of the provider.  Overall, we had a good experience.

Best urgent care experience all around. Will not go anywhere else.

Would definitely recommend! I had the best experience and wonderful care! Everyone was so kind and nice! Was in and out in 30 mins!

The NP Amanda was great! Very easy to talk to and the visit was fast.

Everything was great. I think the check in process could be made better for older people.
