Felt bad for a couple of days with the “crud” that everyone seems to have, then a mot-so-lovely UTI came to visit. Thankfully HHUC was quick and convenient. 35 minutes in and out, sweet triage nurse and nurse practitioner. Great service

I scheduled a slot for 4pm however it was 5:15 before I was seen. I checked the online waitlist and all the walk-ins on the list were seen ahead of me. Do not understand the point of scheduling if it’s just ignored.

Woman who took care of me and gave me the steroid shot was wonderful. Couldn’t even feel the shot. She was precious and the doctor was super kind.

Check-in and wait time was fine, especially considering how slammed they were the day I went. My only complaint is that one of my two prescriptions was wrong. I have called the office two times and left two voicemails requesting the correction but no one has returned my call nor do they answer the phone. Regardless of how many times I call, the only option you I am given is to leave a voicemail. I will have to revisit in person to get the prescription corrected.  :(

People don't normally go back to a place where everything and everyone is substandard. This place is definitely not one of those places. It has become my go to place when I am in need of urgent care. Thank you guys for taking care of me!

Our daughter had an accident at softball practice and we needed xrays to ensure she didn't have a fracture. The staff were all very professional and friendly. Our wait was minimal and we were very pleased with the overall experience.
