I was referred to Huntsville urgent care by my audiologist because I had a hearing aid rubber boot stuck in my left ear. Wait time was very reasonably before being looked at. Doctor spent an extra amount of time trying to remove a very difficult but for my ear. She didn’t give up on it until she had it out. I think her for her professionalism and determination in getting this butt out of my ear. I would fully recommend Huntsville urgent care to others. Thank you.

Went in for ear pain, left with a smile. Front desk Kendra, AMAZING. Sara Jean, diagnosed me and was amazing and Shamarla, let’s just say if you need a shot, she’s your go to gal. If I could give 6 starts I would. All around great clinic and I would go back when I’m sick again

Woke up that morning with severe sinus pressure and was able to book an appointment and get seen right after work! I received treatment immediately!  Was able to feel a little bit better within minutes!

I came in on a Sunday, check in process was easy , and quick! i was seen 15 minutes of checking in. amazing service!

Had a hard time coughing yesterday and was able to get an appointment for today with zero issues. Staff was nice, check in had no problems, and care was great.

I took a chance to “pop in” at the clinic to see if I could possibly be seen for my medical issue at the time. I had some anxiety at first but Riley greeted me with a smile and welcomed me with a nice, cheerful voice. She explained everything I needed to do and even helped me with some of my paperwork. She had the front office running smoothly and efficiently between the phones and other clients walking in. (I’ve seen chaos in some Dr.’s offices, not here!) I’m no time, Katy came into the lobby with a big smile and even pronounced my last name correctly, (it’s a tongue twister) and escorted me to a room in the back. I felt very comfortable with her and my anxiety had gone away. She took my vitals, discussed my current medications and we discussed all the details as to why I was there. I could tell she was truly listening to every word I said and empathizing with me since some of it was embarrassing. She totally got it and I appreciated her putting me at ease in that moment.  She asked a lot of probing questions so she could better understand my situation and also to pass the information to Brandon. They were so efficient and professional as they worked as a team to come up with the best plan of action for my next steps to get me on the road to recovery! It’s rare to find such a great and caring overall team like they have at Huntsville Hospital Urgent Care here in Madison, Al. If you were thinking of checking them out, do not hesitate, you won’t be sorry! I highly recommend coming here, thank you all for being amazing!
