What patients are saying...

I woke up with UTI symptoms, pretty uncomfortable, and rushed over to UC without preregistration. Going through that process was a little clunky, especially taking pics of cards sitting in a chair. However, the staff were all friendly and attentive. Nurse Shauna made me feel very comfortable as she checked vitals, directed me to do test. NP White was professional and compassionate, very informative. I was out in under an hour. Overall, an excellent experience.

The EMR was down so that caused delays but the staff were so kind about it. They apologized for the delays and made sure that our time together wasn’t rushed. They thoroughly filled out paper forms to keep track. Robert at the front desk was a saint. Seriously give that man a raise. He was so gracious even when patients weren’t.

Didn’t schedule the appointment. I was a walk in.  Had to wait two hours before I saw the NP. She and her tech were both very professional and both apologized for the long wait.  It turned out that they were the only two working that day. Ergo the long wait. It was certainly worth it. They treated me with care and gave me a shot and ordered the meds I needed to recover frim an infection in my leg. Kudos to both.
