The staff was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. However, I don’t believe I received the best care. I presented with probable RSV (my toddler has it and I have same symptoms) and an audible wheeze which the NP said she could hear, but I received no breathing treatment or prescription to help with it. I was told a steroid would be sent in, but when I got to the pharmacy there was no steroid just an antibiotic which isn’t helpful for a virus. I felt like I was being rushed out the door and didn’t receive the care that I needed. I will not be returning to this provider.

The receptionist was great. Idk her name. She was great though. The "nurse" was terrible. Very demanding not nice at all. For example, she says "don't sit anywhere but here I'm not moving any machines. Take your hat off I need to check your temp." So I did she then swipes the thermometer across my head. She says "93.6" I'm not expert, or a "nurse" but I'm sure 93.6 isn't good. I went home checked my temp and it was 100.1 so there is that. Did flu, covid swabs both negative. Doctors comes in see me for literally less than 2 minutes. Says gonna give you two shots get you out of here. While she is talking she runs her stethoscope across my chest doesn't listen to anything. How could she, she was talking the whole time. I was super congested so if she would have taken the time she would have noticed that. In all it's the worst experience I've had. You can see u use you guys a good bit. But I will not be back. Whoever was there yesterday has never been there when I've been there. It was terrible. I'm at another doctors office at this very moment. Running fever and congested as hell. I don't usually write reviews but that experience absolutely sucked.

The wait time is unacceptable! We sit there for 3 hours waiting on service.  The staff were friendly and very helpful. They are overwhelmed and overworked. I understand budget cuts has left them understaffed and the fact they work 12 hours without any breaks or lunch is ridiculous. I hope the issues can be handled for these employees to make their jobs and the patients wait time is more acceptable..
