Had to visit IM Health twice this past week. Once for my 96-year old mother who had RSV and once for myself for an ear infection. I am satisfied with all aspects of the visit, except for the hour-long wait for my mom on a Sunday. I feel fortunate we have access to IM urgent care right in our neighborhood.

Urgent care. Sunday morning. I was the only patient but the waiting room had other patients when I left. Quick visit and any prescription to my pharmacy. This UC is part of my general medical practice. Highly recommend.

Staff was considerate and attentive. Wait time was minimal. The doctor listened to my symptoms and I never felt rushed. I appreciate being able to be seen at a later time of day.  I would definitely recommend this provider.

Everyone at IM Health is kind and understanding. The wait time is unavoidable but we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you!

This was the first time I went to IM urgent care. I saw Carrie the nurse practitioner. Let me tell you,  I have nothing but great things to say about her and the staff.  I am even considering changing my primary care doctors to IM Health.  I was wheezing and coughing.  Carrie took such wonderful care of me.  Kind, caring, professional and wasn’t rushing out of the room to the next patient. Made sure I was comfortable and was starting to feel better after treatment.  I highly recommend them.

I had had fever lethargy and low belly pain for 3 days. I suspected I was still had the RSV diagnosed by Urgent Care at visit the previous week. At conclusion of this visit, after an exam, I was directed to go to ER immediately. I protested, I cried, I was too sick. Doctor and PA both insisted & gave me written instructions + address of 2 nearest ER’s. Thank God. At Paola Hospital I was diagnosed w pneumonia & diverticulitis & treated 4 days before being released. I credit the acumen & persistence of Urgent Care staff for my recovery. It could have been SO much worse.

Wait time was quite long and I thought it would be less

I went to urgent care for a bad chest cold and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, my wait time was relatively short, the facility is very nice and most importantly, the PA who saw me was amazing. This is my new go to urgent care for sure.
