It was easy to schedule the appointment. I was seen on time, had pleasant interactions with the young lady at the front desk, the man who took my BP, and the PA who diagnosed my problem and made treatment plan.

Everything about my visit yesterday to IM Urgent Care was handled perfectly from making my appointment online,  filling out forms online and the professional friendly manner in which I was treated by everyone I came in contact with. The office is beautiful, state of the art and inclusive with the possibility of heading upstairs where I made an appointment to meet with and secure a new Primary Care physician. Follow up calls to discuss test results were done quickly and professionally earlier today. Thank you to all involved… I would DEFINITELY recommend this provider.

I walked in on a Saturday morning feeling pretty bad with sinus issues. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and then taken to an exam room within ten minutes. The doctor was very kind and thorough with his questions and exam. I was able to purchase my prescription there and get home to let the healing begin!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. This is the best Urgent care in the area.

As with my previous experiences at IM, I was met with efficiency, professionalism, courtesy and kindness at every step. Scheduling was straightforward and easy. Front desk staff was welcoming and cheerful. The tech was gentle and attentive, and kept me apprised of the provider's (appropriate and understandable) brief delay. Provider Carrie is a superb listener and a skillful clinician. She respected my wish to direct the narrative in terms of my diagnosis and plan, giving me thoughtful input and constructive suggestions. So much medical care these days feels like a rushed assembly line where compassion is swept aside in the name of expediency. It is comforting to know that this resource, where I was treated so humanely, is close by. Thank you.

Kiddo had a questionable fracture.  This is my go to urgent care.
