It was easy to schedule an appointment for my sore throat and cough that had gotten worse. I was in and out in less than one hour and could schedule my urgent care appointment online and filled out all medical forms ahead of time.  Everyone was so pleasant and caring. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Anderson and the student Nurse Practioner. It was very different from Patient First in Devon which I do not recommend. I wish I had known about Urgent Care in Wayne and IM Health earlier. It was do easy to go upstairs and book a follow up appointment with IM Health. I have been looking for a primary care doctor and am thrilled to have found IM Health.

I walked into the IMHealth right after hurting my hand. The facility was clean and modern and very welcoming. The front desk person got me checked in quickly and I was able to be seen right away. Martha, the technician took xrays and was able to show me the break in my finger. Rebecca, the PA on duty was able to splint the fracture and provided me with names of hand specialists near me and contact information so I could get follow up care. Everyone was super professional and kind. I would highly recommend IMHealth!
