I sat for 25 minutes not hearing anyone called..the number of people in the waiting room just grew..finally a lady got up, screamed a few adjectives and said they were not immediate care..I got up and left too..person who checked me in was extremely sarcastic to an upset patron..I went to a competitor and got immediate and kind service..save yourself aggravation and go somewhere else..I have read a lot of bad reviews..I wish I would have believed them and saved me 25 minutes sitting in pain..keep your lame email this person so you can hear my response..these words are sufficient..go elsewhere

As a Healthcare provider, I was astonished by the poor customer service and lack of attention to detail and timeliness. Reception was unhappy; I realize it was a holiday, but being part of a Healthcare team requires quality service and care, despite the day. The wait times were unnecessary secondary to the extraordinarily slow intakes. We left, drove a few miles down the street to a Well Now urgent care facility. We were greeted by humble employees and exceptional medical care. A quote hung proudly in the reception area that read: "wherever the art of medicine is loved, there is also a love of humanity" Every individual we encountered there exemplified this! Perhaps this facility should undergo additional training.

Absolutely horrible on every front. I would rather be sick than go back to that place. Wait time excessive. Rude staff and dr who appeared to care less.

I wish I New the doctor's name as it says nowhere on the documents but she was just horrible. She could care less and was so unprofessional and could t stop smiling while I was telling her about my injuries and basically told me I will survive. Ok thanks, I know I will!
