Very rude when I went with COVID symptoms, told me to wait 2-3 days for my COVID test results & still waiting. Did not provide with any medication other than over the counter meds and rest. No very informative nor provided any guidance on next steps if positive.

I wanted to like this location. On the afternoon of July 1st I one in for a date masticks cauvet test. I was told the results will be 2 Day is. It is currently July 10th and after countless phone calls, all of which were answered by rude employees who were not forthcoming with either information or professional customer service. TEN DAYS for a Covid test result is REDICULOUS. The symptoms only take 14 days! I get it's overbooked, but DON'T quote 2 days and become rude when people inquire.
