I went in with a mild case of shingles, came out with the new knowledge that I had lung cancer. The excellent nurse practitioner listened to all my questions - I had a symptom that was beyond what shingles should cause - and basically saved my life.

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD. North Bend Medical Center mistreats People with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and subjects them to humiliation. I am a caregiver for a Person with Intellectual Disabilities and Lifelong, Permanent Physical Disabilities. I took this Person to North Bend Medical Center (NBMC) to access their Immediate Care Clinic, for an acute injury, a FRACTURED FOOT. Upon entering the lobby of NBMC with this Person with Disabilities and his Service Dog, the idiot security guy -- named Trenton Cole Kolosik -- DEMANDED that my Person with Disabilities make his Service Dog PERFORM THE TASKS, right there, in the lobby -- a highly ILLEGAL thing to do. NOTE: Before this date, throughout 2019, my Person with Disabilities has accessed North Bend Medical Center MANY TIMES WITH THIS SERVICE DOG, WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. This Service Dog has been tested, passed, and accredited by THREE separate Service Dog Trainers. When I tried to intervene and tell this idiot security guy that he cannot demand that from a Person with Disabilities, security guy Trenton Cole Kolosik then decided to QUESTION one of the issues that my Person with Disabilities suffers from -- Complex PTSD -- and told me and my Person with Disabilities that "only Emotional Support Animals handle PTSD and we do not allow ESAs in here." This is completely UNTRUE. The ADA recognizes that Service Dogs ARE used for PTSD triggers. So here is this security guy, Trenton Kolosik, ARGUING with my Person with Disabilities about ESAs vs. Service Dogs! This, of course, TRIGGERED my Person with Disabilities' Complex PTSD to the point where he was on the floor of the lobby crying his eyes out, panicking, and having a multitude of other detrimental side effects, all thanks to TRENTON COLE KOLOSIK's UTTER STUPIDITY and MISTREATMENT. The entire medical personnel in the lobby at this time were completely useless; they all stood around without making a move, and allowed this insipid security guy, who clearly should be fired, to maintain the lead in this travesty. Meanwhile, my Person with Disabilities' Service Dog went into action, as soon as she saw my Person with Disabilities' PTSD get triggered -- and she performed her anti-PTSD tasks with admirable aplomb, while I, the Caregiver, was desperately trying to get the lobby staff to LISTEN to me as I tried to show them medical papers to prove the reason we came in there -- for my Person with Disabilities' FRACTURED FOOT. I told them several times that my Person with Disabilities was in need of URGENT CARE. At this same time, other patients were trying to enter NBMC, and the lobby staff was having to shoo them back out and around to another entrance, ALL THANKS TO TRENTON COLE KOLOSIK'S STUPIDITY AND MISTREATMENT towards my Person with Disabilities. Ultimately, we were forced to leave WITHOUT ANY MEDICAL CARE because security guy Kolosik told the staff to "call the police." How does calling the police make matters ANY better? Now they were just adding insult to injury! Hey, North Bend Medical Center, do you realize how many FEDERAL Civil Rights of this Person with Disabilities you violated?? Do you realize how much time and energy I've had to put in, to help my Person with Disabilities overcome this VILE behavior from you?? You are now in complete VIOLATION of FEDERAL ADA laws that protect People with Disabilities from tyrants like your own employees! Not one of you has any level of professionalism; you showed us your true colors with your ridiculous and incredibly insensitive “No Trespass” letter that was mailed to us later, and you are now facing legal actions. Do yourselves a favor, and fire that IDIOT of a security guy, TRENTON COLE KOLOSIK. NEGLIGENCE, HARASSMENT, TRAUMA, EXTRAORDINARILY HIGH LEVELS OF EMOTIONAL PAIN/INJURY INFLICTED ON A PERSON WITH IDD AND OTHER DISABILITIES, AND ON HIS CAREGIVER. WASTED TIME WITHOUT THE FRACTURE BEING TREATED. TRAUMA TO SERVICE DOG.

Horrible. Will not treat much. Have personally been there twice and both times told to go to emergency room at Bay Area Hospital. Just wasted my time and got worse off.
