Arrived and checked in through the link that was sent in a text message. No one was being serviced at the time for a Covid test and I continued to wait in my car without being called. I had to go up to the testing site and ask for help. Not sure if anyone would have notified me by text or otherwise if I hadn’t gone to them. Technicians were just sitting in chairs. If you want people to check in on the app, you should follow up with them too.

Took 1 hour 15 mi to get test. Walk ins were take first before scheduled appts. We were told they were also short staffed. Should not be that way.

Short staffed, felt bad gor the 2 working. .. technician was great. Friendly and happy.

They did not sanitize the room I stood in for my test between patients. I still have not received my results after 72 h.
