Came in a bit late for a TB checkup but all the staff were very friendly and efficient. I had all my titer and physical work done as well which was great!

Wait time was minimal and staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Ahmed was warm, caring, and competent; I felt she was concerned about me as a patient despite this being my first visit to the clinic. Yes, I would recommend this provider.

Scheduling was easy but they said when you schedule online they don't always see the appointment. I was still in and out pretty quickly and returned to work without anyone missing me.

Went here on a weekend. Place was easy to get an appointment and no waiting. Was only one other patient there when we were there The place is filthy. We were horrified by how unsanitary the facility is. Starting w the bathroom in the waiting room. No hand soap?? Overflowing trash can?? Really?? Next was the examination room starting with the what looked like trash picked chairs that were all torn up and beyond worn. Trashcan there was also overflowing. Floor was dirty as well. Now, let's move on to the examination bed that was not cleaned as it had what looked and felt like snot on it and the tissue paper covering had BLOOD on it! Disgusting and UNNACEPTABLE! I was ready to walk out had I not just paid up front for our visit as our insurance was not accepted here. The nurse practitioner herself was kind and reasonable in her examination of my son. Gave us a prescription that seems to be treating his symptoms as intended, however her appearance was also rather unprofessional for a medical facility. Dirty "Tom's" shoes with no socks. Athletic leggings and a t shirt. All these things combined had both me and my son feeling disgusted over our experience here and will never return let alone refer to anyone.

Sick with sinus symptoms(sore throat, hurtful ears, headache, congestion, etc). Scheduling was extremely easy and the front desk staff was wonderful. Met with the nurse practitioner who did absolutely nothing. Told me to take motrin and tylenol for my symptoms. She barely checked anything. I know I forsure have a sinus infection and she wouldn’t even know because she didn’t even do a full detailed exam. People are advised to not use doctor google but it would’ve been cheaper. If you’re looking for a solution please go to a different urgent care.

Scheduled appt. thru Solv with ease. Had to have a positive test as home test not acceptable for my return back to work. The staff listened patiently to my concerns, answered my questions and calmed me down. The care was professional and caring!! Thank you to all for your compassion! I recommend 💯

I was very thankful to hear I could be seen very soon after suffering through the night with a bad sore throat.  It was Christmas Day, yet the staff were at their post and very helpful.  The doctor evaluated my situation and ordered meds where he knew the pharmacy would be open!  I thank the LORD for leading to this facility!!  I would recommend this provider!
