I used to go to Rapid Urgent Care. They were always rude to me. I’m glad I found In-N-Out Urgent Care. They are the best! Friendly Staff knowledgeable and wait times are good.

Dealing with poison ivy since Wednesday last week. Doctor & staff were just great. Given the oral medication necessary. I highly recommend them & this facility.

I am shocked at my recent experience. I woke up with over 100 degree fever, chills, aches, and have had a cough for 2-3 days. I went to this urgent care to ensure I wasn’t contagious because I have a 6 week old baby. I am told I have over 100 fever but tested negative for Covid, flu, and strep but it’s probably the flu. I stopped the NP and said I had flu A like 8 weeks ago… I actually tested positive here. So how could it be the flu. He proceeds to tell me that I have missed the window for tamiflu and I should go to the pharmacy and buy vitamin c and sends me home with no prescription or shot. When he closes the door he whispers to the nurse that he wishes there was something he could do, but it’s “just postpartum.” 1 - how does someone have over 100 degree fever and it’s “postpartum”  2 - did they even look at my chart to realize I had just had the flu and tested positive at this location?  3 - how does postpartum cause a non stop cough for 3 days?  If I go home and get my baby sick because the NP thinks I am delusional there will be a much bigger problem. I will not visit this urgent care again since at minimum the staff cannot read my previous history or take a fever seriously.

I was able to book an 8:00 am appt. the night before. The staff was awesome and everything was quick and professional.

Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. No waiting time and was well taken care of. My two different doctors would have made me wait another one and two days. I was very glad to get help from In and Out.
