My np was great and is very time  Fabulous bedside manner

The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful but walking to the back-the MA or LPN barely talked. Didn’t tell me what she was doing before. The nurse practitioner was nice but came in wearing slides, not only is it unprofessional but I was only tested for two things that both came back negative and was sent on my way. I work in healthcare & will never be back to this location.

Had an infection from a bug bite so I visited the Mandeville office. Everyone was so nice and easy going. I was in and out quickly even though the my were rather busy. Can’t say enough nice things about this office!

I was very pleased with the care I received. Wait time was a little long, but there are a lot of sick people right now.

The staff is very helpful since I was an out of town patient. I was in and out in  probably less than 30 minutes. Everyone was very kind and compassionate.

Had an abscess tooth. Couldn't reach my dentist for antibioctics. They determined it was  an abcess, prescribed medications and was to see my dentist the next morning.

Was a walk-in.  The check in went well.  The Nurse Practitioner did not listen to me and told me that Id be OK and, if not, come back in a few days!  Are you kidding me?  Why would I use this place again and have to pay another co- pay to be told to just come back if it gets worse? My wife likes this location.  I told her that I was TOTALLY unimpressed!

Scheduled online at 2 am when symptoms began. Got in first appointment when they opened. Filled out forms online and was ready at check in. Friendly staff. Seen quickly.

This was absolutely the BEST urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I waited so long to go because I’ve always felt dismissed at urgent cares. The entire process was seamless. Scheduled a visit from home, waited in my car until they were ready for me, and was called back in minutes. The nurses, radiology tech, and NP were SO attentive and caring. The NP heard a slight crackle in my lung and did a chest x-ray. Turns out I have pneumonia. I know if I had gone anywhere else, they would’ve diagnosed me with a generic respiratory infection and prescribed amoxicillin, but this place was incredibly thorough. Very pleased! Thank you so much!
