Waited 40 min+ before seeing provider. Why have appt?

I was able to schedule a visit easily.  In less than 30 minutes, I scheduled a virtual visit, had the visit, and was given a treatment plan.

Told her about my children’s symptoms and she prescribed nothing at all and now they’re in the hospital.

The doctor was great I highly recommend them they definitely understand the patients

I was suffering from nausea and vomiting. I made a virtual appointment and got in super quick. Anise and her nurse Patricia were really friendly and caring, they listened to what I had to say. I would definitely recommend in and out urgent care.

It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment via the site. Dr was right on time for the appointment. She listened ro all of my concerns and we determined a care plan that was right for me. Would absolutely use again if the need arises.

Staff was very accommodating and changed my appointment to an online consultation as I was too sick to get to the nearest office.  The care provider checked for any interactions with my other drugs, and prescribed what I needed.  She was thorough, courteous and fast.  Thank you!

This is my second appointment within 3 days. My info didn’t change, yet my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and location. My paperwork had my preference and I was asked by the nurse and physician which pharmacy I use. Not sure how the mistake was made. Luckily my husband didn’t mind driving out of his way to pick it up.
