I made the appointment the night prior to my appointment and didn’t wait long for them to call me back for my scheduled appointment. The doctor, Courtney I believe was her name, was very attentive and easily explained everything. My nurse, who was filling in for the day, was really nice and charismatic, wish I could remember his name. Plain and simple, I will definitely come back if end up needing to.

Called my insurance provider and they recommended this location as my closest, in network option. There was little-to-no wait time. I was seen by someone in training. They were extremely nervous and did not do a great job in explaining things. Appointment took about 45 minutes and they recommended me to go get some over-the-counter medication. Not very satisfied with my visit.

Woke up with my eye itching and pain the whst good

The practitioner was terrible...the guy leaned against the wall the entire time...at least have the common courtesy to sit and look interested. He didnt look down my throat nor check my lymph nodes....until I mentioned something...He didnt ask to see the rash. After 2 minutes he says we'll just continue with what you were doing. You mean what didnt work the first time? He wasn't sympathetic to my issue...wth? I will never go back there again.

Scheduled an appointment for my toddler because she had a fever and a really bad cold. She was tested for RSV, Covid and the Flu. All three came back negative and we were sent home. She still wasn't feeling well the next day so I took her to a different Medcheck. Turned out my 4 y/o had walking pneumonia. Do I recommend this facility? Absolutely not.

Made an appointment didn’t get called back until an hour later. They had me sitting in the back room when I did get called for two hours have of talked to someone for three minutes to get test swabs. I had to go out and ask somebody if anyone was coming back after two hours of sitting there and I’ve heard nothing from anyone just for them to get the doctor and him spend approximately 15 seconds in my room to tell me what I already knew over a cough.

It was super easier to schedule online. But they did not go by appointments. I waited over an hour after the initial appointment time. Then another hour and a half to not get answers to what was going on.

Happened upon them on an online search for an urgent care for my daughter and got right in with barely any wait time. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Ended up coming back for myself and my son and again absolutely incredible service. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking in and out care.

Very convenient and professional. Attention of my care was very appreciated by every staff member. Final paperwork is very helpful for my current job requirements. Great job!

I was seen for an allergic reaction. The staff greeted me and had me seen as soon as my appointment time arrived. The physician was thorough and considerate.
