Scheduled an appointment for my toddler because she had a fever and a really bad cold. She was tested for RSV, Covid and the Flu. All three came back negative and we were sent home. She still wasn't feeling well the next day so I took her to a different Medcheck. Turned out my 4 y/o had walking pneumonia. Do I recommend this facility? Absolutely not.

Made an appointment didn’t get called back until an hour later. They had me sitting in the back room when I did get called for two hours have of talked to someone for three minutes to get test swabs. I had to go out and ask somebody if anyone was coming back after two hours of sitting there and I’ve heard nothing from anyone just for them to get the doctor and him spend approximately 15 seconds in my room to tell me what I already knew over a cough.

It was super easier to schedule online. But they did not go by appointments. I waited over an hour after the initial appointment time. Then another hour and a half to not get answers to what was going on.

Happened upon them on an online search for an urgent care for my daughter and got right in with barely any wait time. Staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Ended up coming back for myself and my son and again absolutely incredible service. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking in and out care.

Very convenient and professional. Attention of my care was very appreciated by every staff member. Final paperwork is very helpful for my current job requirements. Great job!

I was seen for an allergic reaction. The staff greeted me and had me seen as soon as my appointment time arrived. The physician was thorough and considerate.

I came in yesterday and was given a Covid and flue test which all negative. But wasn’t given any other testing to figure exactly what is going on with me. I’m still experiencing the symptoms

When I went in I was immediately greeted by the receptionist, I believe her name was Shayla. She did a wonderful and thorough job. I didn't have to wait long and the nurse and physician who saw me were amazing and had great beside manner. I will definitely return if needed. Online scheduling was a breeze and for my 1st visit everything was top tier! I definitely recommend this location to everyone!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The place was clean and tidy. They even called the next day to check on our furry friend. I would definitely recommend taking your furry animals here.

Was a very quick appointment, and felt like I was able to get in and out so efficiently. Staff was super kind and approached things very well. The space was a little weird, but aside from that, grateful to have been able to go there today.
