I contacted this immediate care for the first time today, was able to make an appointment online, arrived my 15 minutes early, they sent me to get a sample immediately, brought me back into an exam room, and I was out of there with necessary prescriptions 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start. It was very very quick, and everyone listened to me very very well.

Really great care, and the follow up, I wasn't feeling very good after about 6 days taking the prescribed medication. Received a phone call told them what was going on and the Nurse Practitioner prescribed another medication which should help. Thanks to all of you.

Appreciate great customer service.  Everyone was nice which is rare nowadays.  I hardly ever get sick and grateful that pleasant individuals with good vibes waited on me.  Thank you very much.  I’m feeling lots better.  God bless.

The FNP was extremely thorough. I typically use Ascension St. Vincent for my health care needs but when I showed up at the Ascension St. Vincent Immediate Care Center walk-in clinic on Zionsville Rd on Christmas Eve because I felt horrible, I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. I searched my insurance health plan and found Immediate Health Center on Girls School Rd and it was a life send. I ended up having a sinus & ear infection plus was wheezing. I walked away with 4 prescriptions. The FNP checked everything. She ordered a strep test, COVID and flu tests because of my symptoms. She took the time to listen to my concerns and didn't rush in and rush out. If necessary, I would definitely visit this place again.

Even though I booked an appointment online I had quite a wait, however that doctor is so compassionate! The wait was worth it and the care was great

This is my 3rd or 4th visit at this clinic and the staff is always kind, helpful, and thorough while getting patients in and out quickly. Highly recommend to anyone adult or child.

I set up an appointment through the online schedule and it was a simple process, an exceptional on-site staff that immediately took care of my symptoms and within an 1:30 minutes I had my prescriptions in hand. Not bad for a Sunday appointment at 0900. Pharmacies do not open until 10:00.

Went because of a continued ear issue and a potential ear infection. Found the clinic online via my companies insurance website. Easy to set up an appointment with multiple options available. The online registration process was easy and made my visit a breeze. The practitioner I saw was professional and quickly diagnosed had had me out in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely use this center again.
