My friend injured herself and had the injury become infected. Neither of us is from Indianapolis so we didn’t have a local doctor. The scheduling was easy, but this is the only part that caused a problem. After you choose a time for the appointment, the website asks you a series of questions that take a few minutes, so it is probably best to schedule an appointment ten minutes later than what you think you would need. We did get there a couple of minutes late but it did not make a difference. The check in was simple and the care was excellent. My friend speaks little English but they were patient and kind with her. She required a prescription and they phoned it into the pharmacy that we used. It was a top notch organization. Unfortunately they are not local to me so I doubt that I will need their services again, but if I did, I would not hesitate to use them.

Wait time was reasonable and the provider was kind and knowledgeable. Much better than my experiences at IU Immediate care or CVS Minute clinic.

Came on a busy weekend , waited about an hour wasn’t too upset about that because I understand but then I was only seen by the MA or PA whichever for about 2 minutes tops she rushed through my physical examination like crazy didn’t ask me any questions and at the end didn’t even tell me what was wrong or what I had ? I had to read what she put on the final papers they give you but like I still had questions ?? Way to rushed didn’t show any compassion towards patient or atleast slow down while you’re in the room, let me know you’re still focused on my appointment and care while I’m here for two seconds. Could def use some masks in the waiting area because lots of patients are coughing in these times & move chairs around more

Was having extreme sciatic pain & couldn't get in to my dr. Went to immediate care and only had to wait a few minutes. I will go there again if I need to see a doctor.

Everyone was very nice and moved quickly. My biggest concern came when my meds were called into the pharmacy with the wrong dosages and instructions so I had to call back to figure it out. Doctor spent about 45 seconds with me and felt rushed but it was a busy Saturday morning so I assumed it was because of that. Unsure since my meds were prescribed wrong.

i scheduled my appointment the same day for 230 pm. i arrived early as i was told to do so. the receptionist was not very friendly, she had an attitude and did not seem like she wanted to be there. after an hour long wait, i was finally taken back. the nurse left after asking one question and went to talk to presumably a coworker. after that, he came in and quickly apologized before finishing his questions and taking my vitals. i waited 20 minutes for the provider - understandable, they were pretty busy at the time. when she came in, she was very rushed and was in the room for two minutes. she looked at me and performed her exam and then prescribed antibiotics and left before i could ask questions. when the nurse came in with my discharge paperwork, i asked a question to which he went to ask the provider and seemed upset that i had asked him questions. the hour long wait wouldn’t have bothered me if i was a walk in appointment, but i had scheduled an appointment. i didn’t mind waiting because i had nowhere to be. waiting an hour for a scheduled appointment and then seeing the provider for 2 minutes seems unreasonable to me as a patient.

The doctor and staff are really caring and concerned about you. The wait is a little long, but you're gonna wait awhile wherever you go and that is out of their hands...would recommend to anyone who needs care and can't get to their doctor.
