Was doing a lot of coughing and had a lot of phlegm coming up. Felt very weak and was afraid I had gotten pneumonia. My daughter suggested Immediate Care. My first time there. Had no problem scheduling and filled out paperwork online. The receptionist was friendly and didn't take that long to get in the exam room. The lady who took me back was also very friendly and helpful. Got Covid and flu tests which I'm glad turned out negative. Had a normal wait time for the NP to come and she was also just as friendly. She checked my breathing and said from my tests, told me what the problem was and prescribed meds. The clinic and exam room were clean and the environment wasn't loud and hectic. Now I know there's a possible alternative than going to the ER for less life threatening issues. They ask for your symptoms and depending on those, will tell you if you need the ER. It was a very positive and helpful experience and I thank the Lord GOD for everyone there that helped me.

Scheduling was easy check in was easy staff was nice and they were very nice

Had a painful, infected cyst that needed to be drained. I got an appointment online with no problem at all. Completed paperwork online, all that was needed when I arrived was my ID. The doctor was great! Walked me through the whole process and was able to get drained and part of the capsule removed.

The staff was so attentive and helpful. I really felt like I was in a good place.

The whole staff was great! The secretary was very kind. The nurse told me she hopes I feel better. The doctor was very informative. I can’t say enough about their clinic. I will definitely go back the next time I don’t feel well.

Scheduling was easy, the staff was friendly, helpful, and addressed my health issues. It did take about 20 min after my scheduled time to be escorted in a room, and another 10 to see the doctor; but the nurse and doctor were great. They took time with me, listened to me and asked relevant questions, and both had an overall excellent bedside manner. My treatment was worth the extra wait time. Also, get this branch a new reliable ekg machine. The one they had worked out okay for me today, but it was nice to not have to got to ER for an ekg.

Been dealing with a cough for two weeks and I set appointments last night.. got there early morning before my appointment took my information and then took me straight back to the room and got me taking care of.. they was friendly and your in good hands

The front desk associates, God Bless her because she has to deal with patients who aren't feeling well and might be grumpy and still maintain her sanity. Wonderful Service.

Could not get in to my pcp so I was instructed by my doctor to go to Immediate Care.  It was very easy to schedule an appointment online.  The people there was so very helpful, friendly and professional.  I was diagnosed by the doctor and a prescription was sent to the pharmacy.  Great people and I definitely recommend it.

It was a great experience. Quick and simple. The wait time was sufficient. Staff was polite.
