The staff and technicians were kind and polite. I thought nurse Nancy was unfriendly and rude.  Her demeanor was condescending.  I was in so much sinus pain that I didn’t have the energy to address it with her.  I could barely talk as my pain was level 10. She asked me a question and I replied with a response.  She said “that’s not my question.” I felt like I was in a court room not a clinic. I truly hope you give Nancy more training in patient care and maybe a lesson in compassion.  I am grateful that urgent care exists and saves us from waiting in the ER.  But please, be kind.  That’s all!  Sincerely,

I have been struggling with my breathing and coughing and a lot of wheezing for a few days so I went in because I was getting worried about my breathing issues. After asking all the right questions and doing a chest x-ray I was told I did have pneumonia. Not the serious kind praise God. I don't know how to spell the doctor's name but she was fantastic receptionist was wonderful the staff was amazing it's the cleanest prettiest office I've ever seen I can't wait to go back well I can but if I have to go somewhere I'll be happy to go there. Thank you everyone! I feel a little better today got lots of good medicine from my doctor.

Aimee at check in was made my check in quick and easy. Halimo was so kind and sweet during my rooming process. Jazmin who took my x-ray was amazing and efficient. Nancy my provider was patient through all my coughing and listened to my concerns and was fantastic. I would definitely come back next time I’m sick. Great service overall!

Nurses were fantastic, but the doctor only saw me for 2 minutes and never gave me a diagnosis of anything or reviewed my test results, just prescribed meds. I had to ask my discharge nurse for my test results because the doctor never came back just sent a nurse with my prescription. My test results showed positive for Covid which the doctor didn’t even know before prescribing my meds. I left feeling uneasy with the lack of communication from the doctor and awareness of my comprehensive health.
