Came in to get help with ear pain and Covid symptoms.  Scheduled my appointment easily through the website. Came in before my appointment and waited in the waiting room for a half hour then waited another half hour to be seen by the provider.  The staff was apologetic after they came in to see me. The room they provided was clean but had no tissues, which wasn’t great being sick. The hand sanitizer was broken and there was only a small bottle that was nearly empty on the counter for use. Overall the provider was pleasant and helpful. The wait times as well as lack of supplies were a definite downside.

Entire staff that I interacted with was friendly especially Hannah who was very helpful as I navigated my appointment.

Not easy to get a timely reservation and I felt too crummy to walk in. However, once I got there the staff was attentive, caring and thorough. I feel good about the care I received.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and truly cared about my son’s well-being!

Just moved to Washington from California, have not had a chance to set up primary care doctor yet. I suffer from acute anxiety and had run out of my meds, they were helpful and offered an alternative medication till I can get to see a primary doctor.

I am super disappointed with my visit to MultiCare in Bonney Lake. I went in because of really bad ear ache in both ears. I arrived on-time for my appointment, had to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, then spent 30 minutes waiting in the exam room before the nurse practitioner actually came in. The NP then spent a total of 3 minutes in the room with me, telling me that there wasn't really anything wrong with me and nothing she could do about my ear pain. She didn't give me a complete exam or ask me any questions about my symptoms. She barely looked in my ears. I felt like I was unimportant and distracting her form more important work, unworthy of her time.

I’m actually disappointed with my experience with Indigo Urgent care. This is my second visit to this location, unfortunately this time was different from my 1st visit. My Copay is Typically $30, yet was charged $178 without a clear explanation. We checked in our app to see if there was any mistake on our end and sure says $30 Copay. When I asked the breakdown of the charges, the staff didn’t seem to understand or provide clear answers. One employee was just throwing out numbers, which made the situation even more confusing and unprofessional.  To make matters worse, i left without much information about my condition or any antibiotics for my swollen lymph nodes, which was the reason for my visit. I feel life i paid A significant amount of money and received very little care or clarity in return.  While I went ahead and paid the bill, i expected better transparency and service. This experience have left me feeling undervalued as a patient.

Was able to book for the next day at a convenient time. Check in was so friendly and efficient. I felt terrible but the visit was quick yet thorough and everyone was so nice. Leanne G whom I saw was so thorough and really listened to my symptoms. I didn't feel rushed and I felt she really knew the best route of care and wanted me to feel better. The absolute best urgent care experience I have had.

Bonney lake indigo is amazing! Brought my son is as a walk in for an injury. Jessica was so sweet while rooming him, made him feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing for him. After a short wait the provider Leanne came in and evaluated his injury as well as came up with a thorough care plan including a referral to the specialist. Jessica then came back to fit him for a splint and made sure all our questions were answered. All together an AMAZING team of caring and compassionate MAs and ARNP
