Appreciated the speed and professionalism of the team . They were very sensitive to my diminished condition, being quite ill , and guided me through the process

Easy to schedule and check in. Friendly staff. I was in and out. First-time paperwork was done all online, and ahead of time, so it was a breeze to just show up. The only thing I wish it had was a direct line to chat with the staff. I called this morning because it appeared that a change I made to my original appointment time was not reflected in my portal, causing confusion. Tech keeps things simple, but when it fails, I’d like to be able to talk to a human…and I wasn’t able to talk to anyone on the phone during open office hours (I got an automated message with no option to speak to a human). In the end it all worked out fine and I would go again. Nice to be able to seen right away when you can’t get seen anywhere else.

Staff all worked together to get me from start to finish … wait time could have been better since i had an appt … they processed walk ins before i was processed … it seemed like to me

So love having this neighborhood clinic to get myself checked out when I’m feeling sick so much easier than trying to get an appt with my provider

I like this place. They get you in quickly and you can find out if anything is broken or not, as in my case. I would definitely recommend it.

Had to walk in, cracked my ribs at work, took over an hour to get seen, wasn’t even a doctor,  place didn’t even have X-ray machines no on sight screening of any kind, was a waste of time to sit there and be told what I already knew.

I had a fever went down the office as a walk in all I had to wait is 1 hour which it wasn’t bad

I have been to this facility several times. When the circumstances have allowed, I have set an appointment in advance, and the wait time has been minimal. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I did give five stars across the board, however I was a little upset when I discovered that not all of my prescriptions were called into the pharmacy. It caused me a 45 minute delay and much confusion at the pharmacy. A call back to the facility was all it took to clear up the situation. It was an honest error that has only happened once, so I’ll let it slide. Other than that, I have had phenomenal service from this facility.

Scheduling was great the team was daring got me right in. Dr Phan she was great attentive and knew exactly what I needed

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care and my whole experience at Indigo Urgent Care. It was my first experience with an Urgent Care. Everyone was very friendly. My only thought as to the care I received was for the ARPN (I think that's who saw me) to give me a bit more information. I saw my X-Ray and they quickly explained what I would need to do in the simplest of terms and then quickly departed. Overall my experience was a good one and I was in and out in an hour and a half! This is with an appt. This was a work related injury and everything with the insurance went very smoothly. I would certainly go there again if the need were to arise.
