Needed to see a physician to get a prescription.  Walked in, was seen & left within 45 minutes. Prescription called in & was able to pick it up within the hour!  Hope I’m not needing physician services soon, but if I do, I will go straight to Indigo!

So much better than the regular Urgent Care we go to. I feel like our family found a GEM for situations that are already so stressful! We’ve never had a crazy wait time but of course you can’t blame them. If you do it depends on who comes in and what needs are more important. Staff is always friendly. They offer you a free water or juice while you wait and they’re very communicative. Seriously the best urgent care in Coeur d’Alene.
